The staff is great. They know me by name, are personable. They always offer to give me a ride home, but I hang out and use the WiFi and snacks. The waiting area is child friendly, and I can bring my little boy when I need to. Shoutouts to Mark and Tori for customer service!

Had to tow my 2010 Silverado to Complete Automotive due to a bad starter, it arrived around 1030 am on the Friday before Labor Day weekend. The folks here were able to get a tech on my repair and have it done same day, otherwise I would have been without my vehicle until the following Tuesday. I am very happy with the quick repair!
