As usual they exceed expectation. In a 24/7 business like Zipco Contracting Inc. it's difficult to schedule for a time to service equipment. So when we have an opportunity to schedule a unit for maintenance it's usually a quick call to Complete Automotive and ask if they can work it in. They are always very gracious and accommodating to work with our crazy schedule with last minute requests for service. Their professionalism and can do attitude helps us stay available and ready for the next emergency call.

I took my 1932 ford 3 window coupe in for a front end alignment. They are very friendly and did a good job getting things back in order on my car. They allowed me to look at the alignment issues on the car before they started the corrections. It was quick and painless. I would recommend this shop for you street rod issues.

I came in to make an appointment, but they fit me in for an oil change and fall check-up. Gavin was, as usual, friendly and helpful!

Last week we traveled approximately 70 miles to Springfield, MO. from our home. We were about 30 miles from Springfield when the AC began blowing warm air. The heat index was 110 that day! We needed to find a reputable automotive business that could, hopefully, get our vehicle in prior to our return trip home. Mike, at Complete Automotive, told us to bring it on out so they could check it. They were busy, but they got us right in. The technician found that the refrigerant was 0.45 lb. low. He performed a vacuum check, and it passed. He also added A/C oil with dye. We did NOT need to run the A/C on maximum on the return trip home. The A/C was VERY cool, a welcomed relief on an extremely hot day. Thanks, Complete Automotive, where technicians are great and customer service is top-notch. Even the waiting room was nice, making for an even better experience!

First time customer! Absolutely deserving of 5 stars! I’ve been chasing a code on my Chevy Cruze for most of the year, and was going through everything at home I could think of. Multiple parts, CEL constantly on, and lots of crying. As a 20-something female I struggled to find a place that wouldn’t try to overcharge me for everything, or got annoyed when I asked questions to try to understand. I took my Cruze in once, and the fix they had for me was short lived. However, I called up and was able to get it back in. They didn’t charge me for the second check of my code, and I ended up having to hand off my car for a few days. They were incredibly thorough in checking my car and digging into the root of the issue! They took their time to make sure they could and would fix the issue, and my car is running great!! They took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood the systems they were talking about. Some of the prices may be high, but with their financing option and quality of work MORE than makes up for it! I’ll absolutely be returning for any future maintenance!
