Complete Automotive is the epitome of an ethical business. Our diesel vehicle broke while we were on our way home from an 18 state trp to see family. Dealers and shops in the area said that they could service our vehicle in 3 weeks, but we needed to be home and to our jobs in Texas within 48 hours. Not only did Complete Automotive work us in the next morning, they offered to find us a tow company and hotel! We misdiagnosed the issue, but the awesome and knowledgable team at Complete Automotive were on top of it. They had parts in stock and we were on the road within hours. Thanks to Mark and the entire team who took such good care of us!!

I couldn’t be happier with everyone at Complete Auto. I went to Rick’s last year for a brake/rotor change, and I noticed problems a week later. When I took the car back, Rick’s said “nothing is wrong.” Over this last year, my brakes got worse and worse to the point I was scared to drive my car. I called Complete Auto and they got me in within 2 days. From the time I dropped my car off to when they called and said it was ready to be picked up, it only took 3 hours- it was so fast! Everyone was so friendly, they really know their stuff, and they found the problem and fixed it. My car drives so great now- my rotors from Rick’s were severely warped. I am so bad with names, but everyone was amazing. I will definitely be back if I need any other repairs, and I will recommend them to anyone. Can’t wait for your Campbell location to open! The service of Gary and Tori has been amazing! We are three hours away and our son is in college there, they have helped us so much! They have been so helpful especially long distance!!!!

They recently replaced a water pump and worked on my fuel system. A lot of work went in to this task and I appreciate the time spent when they were short handed. I liked the work so much that I am bringing in my ford pickup to have the entire fuel system replaced. Thanks for your patience and hard work. Mark and Tory were especially helpful. I'm sorry about my garter snake getting loose in their garage.
