Service was great!! Mark got me right in and got the ball rolling. Found out I had even more damage to my vehicles internal parts. They were friendly from the get go. They were honest and shot me straight what needed to be down in order for my vehicle to be driveable again. If you have car problems I would highly recommend Complete Automotive to do your work..

Everyone at Complete Automotive is always very nice and helpful. They offer a convenient shuttle service for you if your car will be in the shop for a few hours, and they even have a nice waiting area there. I have always received great services, and the student discount is always a plus. Tori in particular is always super nice!

Brought my Chevy Colorado into Complete for an oil change. While there, they found my battery was in dire need of replacement and my radiator cap was bad. Thanks for preventing a potential situation I would have had to deal with at a later time, probably while traveling. This is why we always come to Complete, they take the time to check out our vehicles to help prevent future problems.

The facility was sparkling clean everywhere I looked. My car runs like a dream now. The consultant recommended and explained all options. I felt as he was sincere and honest gaining my trust. I highly recommend Complete Automotive. They are kind, affordable and thorough! They took very good care of me and my car. They have a comfortable and clean waiting area with complimentary drinks ( soda, water, coffee) and snacks. They have books/coloring books and crayons for the kiddos as well. Really grateful for them! I talked with Steve on the phone- he was very kind and helpful, and Tori was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated during the process. She is so warm, reassuring and genuinely a kind person. We will most definitely be repeat customers.
