I just recently discovered Complete Automotive after my VW was giving me some trouble. I'm so happy with the level of care and attention my car received. Eric is great at his customer-facing position. He is helpful, communicative, and thorough. There is a happy and upbeat vibe when walking in, which made me feel so welcomed! I really appreciated their shuttle service, which I've used twice. I also had to have my car towed and they set it up and handled all that for me. Really a top notch service in Springfield! I'm telling everyone I know how great you guys are.

Complete Automotive provided fantastic service and hospitality. The best auto shop I’ve ever been to and they would be my go-to shop if I lived within 100 miles. I was on a cross country road trip and got a check engine light on my 2017 Mini Cooper S (in a snowstorm as well). They were helpful on the phone and when I brought my Mini in they were able to look at it right away and determine the issues. They provided information on all the issues and a recommendation on which issues were safety concerns and needed to be addressed immediately and which could wait until I reached my destination, so I could get back on the road. They provided frequent, detailed, and helpful updates and got me back on the road that day after completing required software updates and speaking directly with Mini to resolve issues. They have a lovely waiting room with drinks, snacks, and entertainment - in addition to their hospitality and good humor (they also have a shuttle, but I didn’t use it as I didn’t have anywhere to go given covid and the snowstorm). The price was fair and the service was fantastic, would definitely recommend.

Brought my truck in to have a head light replaced. After checking the light, mechanic found the problem was a connection, not the headlight. Problem fixed in about 20 minutes. I like the way they always check out a problem before the repair work starts. Saves me time and money. Great business ethics. Wouldn’t go any where else.
