My seatbelt mechanism broke, which required new parts. Every step and the process necessary was explained clearly before and while the work was being done. The cost was fair and the folks kind and professional. I most appreciated the time they gladly took to answer all my questions and concerns. I will use them for all my mechanical needs.

This was my first time doing service on my 2000 Lexus, with Complete Automotive. I am very pleased! Mark was very honest and easy to work with. They have ALL certified Tech's and even do the most complete inspection of a car I have ever experienced 😳 They sent a dozen digital pics to me( e-mail ) showing all parts of the inspection. Mark also called me twice during the multiple repairs to keep me well informed. The price is not the cheapest but it was totally fair and reasonable. The cheapest rarely gets you qualify work and this place is a 5 star service center!Also provided a shuttle home and back. HIGHLY recommended🤗

i took my car in for an oil change and was given a complete review of my car and what i should be changing on it. this is my first car and it gives me more ease at mind that i can bring my car here and be told exactly what’s going on and where, and walked through a process of getting it fixed or changed. great customer service from all of the staff. very welcoming environment and happy staff when you come in.

Last week we were traveling and 10 hours away from home when our car broke down. I googled Complete Auto and we limped our vehicle to their shop. We got the devastating news that we needed a new transmission that would cost us more than the car was worth. When we decided we did not want to go that route Complete Auto was so helpful to us. They shuttled us to our hotel for the night, picked us up in the morning and took us to the airport to pick up our rental car. They bought the car off us so we didn't have to worry about what to do with it. The three people that we dealt with, Mark, Tori and Eric were super to us. I would recommend Complete Auto to anyone. They treated us like they really cared about us at a difficult time for us

Always pleased with Complete and their staff. We take all our vehicles there for maintenance and service.

$140 and some change for just labor to replace 8 ignition coils is expensive when parts were brought, can’t imagine how much you’d mark up parts if I didn’t get a good deal on them myself.
