I went to Complete Automotive after another shop tried to cheat me. They gave me a breakdown of what I needed to have fixed right away, and what could wait a while. I was quite pleased with the work they did. They were honest, they saved me a ton of money, and they went out of their way to accommodate my crazy schedule. They will get all of my business from now on. Kind people are my kind of people!

My check engine light came on and stayed on. The diagnosis indicated that there was a misfire on cylinder one. I scheduled an appointment with Complete Automotive. I was shown the corroded coil which needed replacement and agreed to replace all four spark plugs. They recommended an induction clean out as well. Everyone was very friendly and kept me informed. When I left, my car was once again running very smoothly. Thank you Complete Automotive. Thank you Carl and Maureen.

Great service that was done fast. I took my van in because there was an engine knock. They were honest and told me it wasn't really worth fixing. Will definitely be returning with my other vehicles!

I was in need of electrical diagnosis as well as an inspection and TPMS checked out. Made an appointment, spoke to Eric about my needs/wants, he came up with a plan on how to diagnose all in order of importance to me, quoted me a price, and went from there. Called me in a day or two, told me all that was wrong, said that they could return my truck to GM standards, which is what I was looking for. I did have my concerns, because some electrical issues can be problematic, but the confidence they had in finding and fixing the issues I was having left me with no anxiety, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did.

Emergency brake was sticking, also needed rear brakes. Work completed in a timely manner and cost was less than the estimate. Everything working great. When it comes to our vehicles, I don’t price shop, I shop for quality. That’s why we choose Complete. Best auto repair in town.
