Amazing service through and through. I moved to Springfield from out of state and this was my first shop to try out for general vehicle maintenance. Four years later, this is still the only shop I have had my vehicles serviced from. Everyone from the front desk to the technicians in the back are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I could not be happier with the service provided from Complete Automotive. Huge shoutout to Mark and Tori at the front desk, you two are the best! Thank you!

This was my 1st time to use their shop, I took my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee in get an oil & transmission leak fixed. Also to have them check my AC/Heater blower problems I'd been having. They fixed all the leaks & AC/Heater blower issues. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received & knowledgeable staff. My Service Advisor Tori, did a great job of informing me of the repairs I needed & answering questions I had. Their 3 year warranty & free shuttle service are a great feature also! I'll be using them in the future for any repairs I need on any of my vehicle's.

Great service that was done fast. I took my van in because there was an engine knock. They were honest and told me it wasn't really worth fixing. Will definitely be returning with my other vehicles!

Brought my truck in to have a head light replaced. After checking the light, mechanic found the problem was a connection, not the headlight. Problem fixed in about 20 minutes. I like the way they always check out a problem before the repair work starts. Saves me time and money. Great business ethics. Wouldn’t go any where else.

We brought our car here for a second opinion, and they got us right. They had our car back on the road in two days. And we were very pleased with the service. They are the go to place for our hybrid needs.

Honest diagnosis and friendly service!

This was my first time doing service on my 2000 Lexus, with Complete Automotive. I am very pleased! Mark was very honest and easy to work with. They have ALL certified Tech's and even do the most complete inspection of a car I have ever experienced 😳 They sent a dozen digital pics to me( e-mail ) showing all parts of the inspection. Mark also called me twice during the multiple repairs to keep me well informed. The price is not the cheapest but it was totally fair and reasonable. The cheapest rarely gets you qualify work and this place is a 5 star service center!Also provided a shuttle home and back. HIGHLY recommended🤗

Last week we were traveling and 10 hours away from home when our car broke down. I googled Complete Auto and we limped our vehicle to their shop. We got the devastating news that we needed a new transmission that would cost us more than the car was worth. When we decided we did not want to go that route Complete Auto was so helpful to us. They shuttled us to our hotel for the night, picked us up in the morning and took us to the airport to pick up our rental car.
