I called for an appointment and was given an appointment that was convenient and timely. They were pleasant and professional, checking my car over and telling me the couple of issues they saw but without any pressure to buy or have them do the work. The waiting area was pleasant and I felt comfortable and safe.

While traveling to Branson, I experienced a tire low pressure alert on my vehicle. I called Complete Automotive and Mark told me to come by and they would take a look at my tires. They got me in right away and was able to take care of my tire. They were very prompt and professional and gave excellent customer service. Mark also took the time to recommend places to visit in Branson. They are top notch.
