We are more than Completely satisfied with our experience with Complete Automotive. Outstanding experience with their team. We were making an urgent trip, due to a family emergency. Our truck stopped running. AAA recommended Complete Automotive to us, we were able to limp in to the shop. Fortunately, they had a Tech that was able to get right to work on our truck. They were able to diagnose, order replacement part, and get us back on the road in less than 2 hours. The customer service was excellent, the waiting area clean and comfortable, and had such a friendly staff. They offered to shuttle us wherever we wanted to go. We can't thank Allen and Alan enough they kept us informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend these folks.

I was very impressed with the personal, one-on-one attention, I was given and how Mark went over every aspect of the assessment with me helping me to make decisions about the repair needed. The whole place was so clean and well taken care of! Even the restroom amazed me. The price was fair and I feel much safer driving my car now. The gentlemen in the office were friendly, efficient, informative and welcoming. Their attitudes helped me to feel that my car was going to be serviced well.
