I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and customer care that Complete Automotive has. They seem to be honest and fair and I never felt like they were trying to make me pay for extras that I didn't need. The digital inspection report that they send you is just icing on the cake and I now feel like I have good knowledge of what kind of service my car needs in the near future....but again, they never pressured me on getting these done with them. I am impressed by the all around service!

I have been coming to complete automotive for 2 years now, and have always been taking care of and treated with honesty and respect.

Complete automotive is by far the best. They did a diagnostic search to make sure that the part I told them was broken was indeed the problem and not something else. They checked my fluids and checked to make sue everything worked properly. Tori and Mark at the front are great. Both of them were funny and great to talk to. They have a waiting area with snacks, drinking, magazines, a tv and even coloring area for kids. The best part is they have a shuttle, free of charge, that will take you to work or back to your house. They will even come and pick you up and take you back to their shop when your vehicle is done. My repair cost was less then quoted, which was great. I will definitely be back!
