I am very impressed with the quality of service i received while my car was being repaired at complete automotive. This is the second place I have taken my car to resolve the issue and they actually found what was causing the issue and corrected it. The customer service was wonderful as well and communication every step of the way. i was even more impressed when my car was ready and I received a full inspection report of my vehicle.

I was stranded in my car during rush hour when the car just died. Mark and Staff helped me by phone, the car was towed to them, and the car was repaired by the next day. Provided me a shuttle from work to get the car. This is my second time at Complete Auto. I wouldn’t use anyone else. 5 stars are not enough!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I travel a lot on the road and was stopping in Springfield for a few days. I needed some car repairs done on my 1999 Volvo S70. I googled area repair shops, and the reviews and ratings for Complete Automotive were impressive so I called to explain what my needs were. Jim was extremely nice and professional, cool, calm and collected. I went ahead and made an appointment, and from my arrival to the finished repair, I was very impressed and pleased with this shop's service. Will definitely use them again.
