I have been coming to Complete Automotive since it opened its doors. Their work is superior to others and pricing is often than not, lower. They go the extra mile to ensure my car is in great condition. I bought a 2014 Ford Focus recently and they found all the problems and fixed them.—they warned me that the blackened braking lights, which were on the car when I bought it were illegal, something the dealer didn’t tell me about. I have driven over 6,000 miles in town and on the highway since then. Not one problem! Kudos to Mike, Greg, and their whole crew!

Complete Automotive has been the best service place I’ve ever been to. I love the welcoming feeling that I always get everytime I walk in the door. I love the little table that I sit at while my car gets taken care of and the complimentary drinks/snacks that are available while I’m there! The staff are clean, speak educatedly and kind and they don’t make me feel out of place because of language or uncomfortable talk. They also had a woman that worked there drive me home when I had a car issue and I loved the fact that they chose a girl to take me home since I am a girl. I felt like they honored boundaries for me even though that was an unspoken boundary! I love the professionalism mixed with the awesome “family” relationship that they have to offer! And they always do an awesome job taking care of my cars and never pressure me into having to do anything I don’t want to or have ever tried to rip me off! I love a respectable, honorable and trustworthy maintenance place to take my vehicles!

The work at Complete Automotive is always professional and accurate. They fix what is needed and recommend possible considerations but they do not try to sell items that are not necessary. They are very trustworthy and honest!
