First time customer and I am happy with the services provided. I work within a few miles of this location so the shuttle ride to/from was ideal! I knew I needed new tires when I brought my Honda in for the state inspection and oil change, but I didn't bring it up. Mark called me and said sooner rather than later was important for tire replacement. and we discussed a couple of options for replacements. They were able to provide a good quality tire at a competitive price, and they provided the service the same day.

As a widow of a US Marine Vietnam Veteran, I relied on him to handle all the maintenance and most of the driving. I'm not familiar with the mechanics of the auto, so I have to rely on maintenance services. I love my car and want to keep it as long as I can, as I did my husband! I called AAA where I have my insurance and recently took one of their classes for safety driving via the Internet. They recommended Complete Auto and have been delighted to make this relationship with one source instead of going back and forth with others. I made up a binder so I can keep track of my repairs and future maintenance. It gives me not only a great running car but also peace of mind and a sense of security. Recently, I took my car in to them to repair what I thought was a motor mount. They were honest and said I didn't need it yet. I was so relieved and overjoyed of their concern about me. I knew I also needed a serpentine belt so had them put that on. I asked them to check tire pressure, etc. since AAA recommends I do that every 30 days. It's not only having a good car, but also a good mechanic that's worth his weight in gold. Speaking of gold, I love the coupons that they send and I use. It helps so much with my Social Security pension. That means a lot to me. I would recommend them highly.

People were very nice. Price wasn't awful at 1600 for the work being done. Kept me informed. Had leaking oil and coolant. They invited me to bring it back for a checkup. Car has made some squeaky noises and so on but unsure what it is. Will follow their instruction to drive it a 100 or so miles and bring it back. Update: My car ended up leaking more coolant and I had to buy more when my car overheated again. I called them back and brought it in the next day for the 2nd time. Got a call the next day that they found another item that needed repaired they missed on the first inspection and it would be another 750 dollars. I told the people I wasn't comfortable with that and after a back and forth she told me 560 and I agreed under the condition the car would be fixed and there wouldn't be anymore work they would pop out on me. I got the car back about 10 days ago. My coolant is leaking again with my engine overheating. This stressed me out as these things keep happening on trips where I'm nowhere near home. My oil is also leaking again. Other people tell me I'm stupid for going here instead of Chevy, but I'm going to call them when they open tomorrow and see if they can make things right. I'd like them to refund me quite a bit of the labor as the work being done is not what I'm paying for. Will update with how things go. Update 2: Had to bring car in again. I asked for some of the labor to be refunded since I brought my car in 3 times now. I missed work and was stranded with passengers and generally don't trust to drive my car further than a few miles until I can see their work holds up longer than a few days. They offered nothing back for labor. He said parts or their work can fail and they would have done nothing different and I should be glad I have warranty to fix it. I will just have to go with Chevy going forward as this process is not something I could afford to go through if I weren't working from home. Sucks that things didn't work out as they seem like generally nice and good people personally. I expected more for the money and chance I took on this business.

Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff! They do a great job of communicating what is going on with the vehicle and updating you on the process. They are very thorough and professional. They have had to do some major repairs to my car, but even though I live out of town, I will continue to come here for routine service and maintenance as well. I give them an A+!
