I gave a five star rating because all staff members treated me as a valued customer and were professional. They completed my service in a timely manner offering shuttle service as well. The facility was sparkling clean everywhere I looked. My car runs like a dream now. The consultant recommended and explained all options. I felt as he was sincere and honest gaining my trust. I would definitely return as a customer and tell others about my experience.

I highly recommend Complete Automotive. They are kind, affordable and thorough! They took very good care of me and my car. They have a comfortable and clean waiting area with complimentary drinks ( soda, water, coffee) and snacks. They have books/coloring books and crayons for the kiddos as well. Really grateful for them! I talked with Steve on the phone- he was very kind and helpful, and Tori was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated during the process. She is so warm, reassuring and genuinely a kind person. We will most definitely be repeat customers.

Complete Automotive is outstanding and can't give enough gratitude to them. I was traveling across country and had car trouble in Springfield, MO. AAA referred me to Complete Automotive so called, spoke with Mark and scheduled me immediately. My car was diagnosed and Mark explained in detail the trouble. The problems were repaired and back on the road later in the day. My repair is guaranteed for 3 years through a nationwide repair membership so if issued happen later, you have other repair members to go to. They have shuttle service as a courtesy and took me back and forth to the motel. In addition, their staff helped me reload all items back into the truck bed. Next day received a call from Mark thanking me for using their service and asking how my vehicle was performing and if any problems. Mark said to call anytime with problems. My truck is running better now than when new. Then I received a text from the owners thanking me again for using them for service. Their mechanics are outstanding for the best work and service. If I lived in Springfield, MO, this would be the only place I would bring my vehicles for repair.
