First we call and got a appointment to check our electric seat switch and we explain it had to be fixed by a certain day because my husband was going out of town. At no time we’re we told there would be any kind of charge or a 12 point inspection that was done without our permission. Most places look at your car and give you a understanding of what needs to be done and the cost before any thing is done. We get a call a few days and we’re told they would not be able to see it until 3 or 4 days later but said they could still get it done in time. Still no mention of this inspection that we still didn’t need or want. So we took our vehicle in and they wanted 800.00 dollars for a 30 dollar part and could not get it fixed in time by the way so they finally sent via text a list of the inspection they did without our agreement. So we told them no and they charged us 129. For the inspection we didn’t ask for and had the gall to send us a ten dollar coupon in the mail. Really never ever would I recommend this place and I think they owe us a 129. Dollars back!!! I could not find where you rated this company at but it would be a big fat 0

So we told them no on changing our switch seat and wanted to do a front end alignment that we just had done and charge for that was why they wanted 800. So instead they charged us 129. For the inspection we didn’t ask for and had the gall to send us a ten dollar coupon in the mail. Really never ever would I recommend this place and I think they owe us a 129. Dollars back!!! well for starters it would be great if this company wouldn't have just tried to sell me any tires and would have just fixed what I asked them to fix in the first place my car is still making a horrible squeaky sound and they had my car for over 2 weeks told me it was good to go yeah right $1,200 down the drain

As always the team at Complete Automotive was professional and helpful. They did quality work on my Toyota Tundra and recommended a few areas to keep an eye on, but did not tell me I needed additional work that was not warranted. They are great people to work with every time.
