Our family has been using Complete Automotive for 3 years. They provide a quality service with great customer service. I also love the new email confirmations and ability to add the appointment directly to my calendar.

It's hard changing mechanics, but when the opportunity came to try out these guys, I was pleasantly surprised at the clean envronment and good customer service. The shop was surprisingly clean as well as the waiting room. The people were nice and friendly and welcomed any question I had about their services. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I needed 4 tires put on my Chevy Avalanche. Jeff at Complete was very diligent in assisting me with the best quality for the best price. We worked on pricing for almost 2 weeks. Through that time Jeff maintained a great professional attitude and excellent customer service. My only complaint is that there is not a Complete Automotive on every street corner of Springfield.

As usual, dependable service, reasonbly priced, done in a very timely manner.

This was my first visit to complete Automotive. I was greeted in a friendly manner and then relaxed with a magazine in the comfortable waiting room. I was there for an oil change, which took place in a timely manner. I was not pressured to purchase more services as I have been at other places when getting an oil change. I was informed of the status of various fluid levels and then was quickly checked out. I was very happy with the service.

No longer own this vehicle.

I have been taking my truck to Complete for the last couple of years now. I have just finished handing them a used vehicle that needed alot of repair. They always do a fabulous job and what I like most about them, as a female, is that I can trust them to be fair and not sell me any more than what I absolutely need!

This is the second time i took my car in at this location. They are alway's very friendly and curtious. Fast getting the repairs done and do an excellent job! Thanks A Million...

I love dealing with these guys and we don't take our cars anywhere else. Jeff is always very helpful and understanding. THESE GUYS ARE WONDERFUL!!

Had an intermittent brake light; Problem was diagnosed quickly and repairs were made before the end of the day. They provided shuttle to my home so I didn't have to wait there for repairs to be made. As always, excellent, courteous service.
