Customer since several years. Absolutely amazing place, very well chosen employees from service desk to technicians to shuttle service, every employee is truly amazing and very communicative. Besides great repair service they really helped us out a lot over the years with towing and pick up planning to get me and my wife to work and back and also great consultation in upcoming service needs. I hope Tori manages it at one point. With Rufus together it is an excellent front desk team. I had my car recently at the manufacture service for once for a check up and they been amazed about the excellent condition my car is in, that proved to me the great work Complete Automotive does. All the best to continue how good you all are for the future!

Recently I reviewed only 3 stars, because my vehicle was damaged while in the shop. Carl, the owner of CA stepped up and immediately took care of my repair cost. In life, things happen, no one is perfect, the real test in ones Character I believe; is how problems are dealt with after they occur. Carl and his staff took care of this situation perfectly.
