Was irritated because car would not start less than 24 hours after being worked on. Grandson found the oil cap had not been replaced. He put it back and car started. Kind of a stupid mistake. !!!

We always strive to deliver a 5-star experience, and we did not live up to that in this case. Everyone I spoke with from behind the counter or in the shop was extremely professional & polite. They were knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. They pointed out things my car might need but didn’t pressure me into making unnecessary repairs. I will be back to see them when my car has an issue.
