I was going through several different car places trying to find the right one and landed on Complete Auto for a quick repair. I liked the staff and the the service and that was 2 years ago or more and i have my truck in there for oil changes regularly and just this past month has a major overhaul for a lot of needed work due to age and mileage and they were upfront about all of the costs and the services and the time and we had it planned for a future drop off so they had time to get all of the parts in before starting so it was in and out in a day and now rides smooth and sounds normal again.

Absolutely outstanding professional service everything! Probably the most honest and helpful auto service outfit in Springfield. Highly recommended 10 outta 10!

On my way into town from Spokane, Missouri had a blowout on my trailer tire from cc at 160 all the way to complete automotive there is not one place to or that could would help me including Firestone thank you thank you thank you complete automotive. I’m so grateful for Tori at Complete Automotive South! A different shop tried to tell me I needed to pay $900 to fix vague, non-specific issues in order to get my car aligned, SO GLAD I came to here to get a second opinion. Turns out nothing was wrong with my suspension and I was able to get my alignment same-day for a really reasonable, honest cost. Not only was the turn around super quick, but I also got a complimentary inspection (with pictures and explanations) of things coming up that needed work, and they were even sorted according to urgency! I also received a free blue iguana car wash coupon after checking out. (Plus the lobby has snacks and drinks as well as an uber program for those who don’t have rides while cars are being worked on) I am stunned. This level of service is unmatched. I’ve never been more happy with a car shop experience, and will be coming here exclusively in the future.

The employees at the location on Campbell are so nice and helpful. They do everything possible to make the process quick and easy. I highly recommend Complete Automotive- South!
