I called for an estimate on a specific part replacement. The guy on the phone jerked me around and wouldn't give me a straight answer. They are a rip off if you ask me. Prior to that I had one of their mechanics tell me that I needed an $800 repair. I went to three different shops and they all told me that my car was fine and that the repair was a fraudulent deal on the part of complete automotives mechanics

Thanks to Mark & the guys for taking care of my baby girl's car quickly, and treating her like one of their own. It helps a mom feel relieved to know there are knowledgeable and caring mechanics in town when your college student is several hours from home! I was referred by a local gentleman and I highly recommend them. You guys are the best!

My experience with these guys it was ok. My complaint is when I asked for the paper I signed it was no where to be found. Saying that they where not going to charge me. They explain why they had too charge me but still did not settle with me. So will I go back don't know,, will I recommend any one don't know,,

This place is a rip off don't take your vehicle there.

I was charged $35 just to put in a little bit of brake fluid in, took 2-5 minutes. The bottle of brake fluid would only cost about $4 if that, pathetic. Got to make that all mighty dollar. I wonder how long they will leave this post up? Most of the automotive shops I have ever been to if it had been something so small and minor might have wrote it off or just charged for the little bit of fluid used, I guess their policy is to charge you for a certain amount of wages not matter how long it takes, policy is policy and money is money.
