Springfield Auto Repair

I was in Springfield nearly 700 miles from home with an older classic car (1959 Buick). My air conditioning had ceased to work and weather was hot. I called Complete Automotive, got an appointment immediately and took my car to their shop. They not only diagnosed and fixed the air conditioning problem, but detected two other issues I had not caught -- brake lights not working, front turn signal bulb not lighiting. Their work was efficiently done, the cost was reasonable and all of the staff was professional and well-informed. Springfield is lucky to have a service facility like this one. Highly recommended!

I had an oil change and a tire rotation yesterday and found them to be competent, honest and accommodating. They honored a coupon I had received in the mail for a free tire rotation with an oil change; explained that the oil I needed would be higher in cost (which I knew) and how many quarts it would take.
