The customer service was great. I had to wait about 10 minutes to get my van, but that was okay, they didn't know what time I got off of work and when I would be there. I had preventive work done and it drives like it was just off the sales lot.

Dropped 2 cars off for major work including engine replacements, Carl has kept me in the loop as where they are in the repair process and checking with me before undertaking any major repairs.

Great service. I saved 26 dollars on tire rotations and oil change. I had a coupon from them.

I just want to let you know that the oil was half a quart low the morning after you had changed it. I checked to make sure I didn't have an oil leak.

I dont live in the Springfield area, so trying to find a good mechanic is always difficult. The guys at complete automotive were easy to talk to upfront, and honest. As always, the staff was helpful and courteous. I went in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. I also wanted to winterized my car. Since my car was near 200,000 miles, it was suggested that I have the radiator flushed. I agreed, but when they checked, it didn't need to be done, saving me over $200.
