Complete Automotive has great prices but most importantly, they are friendly and honest. They go out of their way to cater to the customer. I have brought my truck in twice for specific problems and both times they gave me the solution and price to solve that specific problem; as opposed to other places I have been where you bring your vehicle in for one thing and the shop finds ten other things that don't really need to be done just so they can squeak some more money from you. I highly recommend Complete Automotive.

It was super easy to schedule an appointment, I actually came in that same day. The only thing they added to my oil change was a set of wiper blades - which I did need because I had ripped one when scraping the ice off my windshield. I was glad they noticed, because I had forgotten and we are to get more rain and snow this week. I love that my car is always clean when it comes back to me!!

The folks are polite professional & quick. They didn't come back & try to up sell us on other products or services.

Once again the staff at Complete Automotive saved the day! While I was making my morning rounds, one of my warning lights came on - I called over and they said come right on it! I love that they are open at 7am!! They have a clean waiting room - with comfy chairs and fresh, drinkable coffee (with real cream and sugar no less). As it turns out there wasn't anything major wrong and I was back on the road in an hour, with a bill of $40.

All work performed as promised and under the original estimate.
