This marks nearly 10 years I've taken my car & truck to Carl Hutchinson. He has always gone out of his way to fix any problems. Guys- I truly appreciate Mary, Carl, Jeff, Mike, and Bob (I think) for being there for me on Friday night. Replacing that auxiliary AC cooling fan definitely did the trick on cranking the air down on my Jeep. Your service is great again. I do have one rant that you might consider changing your process. Every time I've brought my Jeep in, the interior carpets have foot prints and this time there appeared to be old foam allover the front passenger seat like it had blown out of the vents during the cooling tests. It would be nice if stuff like that was cleaned up before I got back into the vehicle. I will admit that this time the interior was a little more "dirty" than normal when I first brought it in...so the mat thing wasn't as big of issue. Thanks again!

I heard my brakes making a squealing noise and one of them did a funky clunk thing - all very technical and mechanical descriptions, I know. I called Carl and he got me in the next afternoon for the pet mobile to be checked out. When I arrived for my appointment - which worked perfectly with my schedule - there was hot coffee, a warm waiting room, clean restrooms and free wi-fi. While they got the pet mobile fixed up, I got some work done (in peace and quiet). They are clean, courteous, honest and very timely!
