Had an intermittent brake light; Problem was diagnosed quickly and repairs were made before the end of the day. They provided shuttle to my home so I didn't have to wait there for repairs to be made. As always, excellent, courteous service.

Customer service and brakes are great, but I am a little discouraged that my car is back in the shop, and there is something wrong with the vehicle that was not there before I took it in.

While we only addressed the brakes on Mr. Biro's Saturn, when he picked it up the "Check Engine" light had come on and the vehicle shifted hard; We tested and found that a sensor, the Intake Air Temperature Sensor had unaccountably become unplugged. We plugged it back in, retested, and all is well at no charge to the customer. We appreciate Mr. Biro giving us the opportunity to correct the issue.
