At first I only came to Complete Automotive because I bought a Living Social for 3 oil changes for $29 so it was a good deal, but I'm definitely going to keep coming back even after my deals are used up. They were very professional and when they told me things they found wrong with my car it wasn't so they could make more money, it seemed like it was because they actually cared about my safety on the road. I am very impressed with them and am very glad that I go there now.

I have an older vehicle and need to make it last as long as possible. They helped me out so much at Complete. I would recommend them to anyone needing a straight forward honest mechanic for life.

Springfield's Best Automotive Repair Shop! Wow, thanks Carl for repairing my Hyundai XG350L when it had that gas fume odor! Carl and his crew at Complete Automotive are honest, straight shooters, timely, helpful folks who care about you and your auto as if it were their very own. We have always had excellent service from them. They also will help you out by taking you back to where you need to be while they are working on your vehicle.
