I have used Complete Automotive for a few years now and always have a great experience. Other repair shops including those attached to car dealerships have left my vehicles covered in grease and dirt. They show no respect for someone elses property. However, I have never had this issue with Complete Automotive. Always great service!

These guys are awesome! I went in for a check engine light, a blinking drive light, and a state safety inspection. I was super impressed with the quality of service. Michael was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond with communication. He gave me frequent updates on the status of my car. I'm a college student with very limited knowledge of car maintenance, so I went in a little nervous. Michael explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. I really liked the online system they used to show repair recommendations and cost estimates. I was able to approve/decline jobs as I saw fit. They were also very thorough in their vehicle diagnostics and gave me a couple fixes/replacements to consider in the future. The icing on the cake was when I mentioned that my fiancée dropped me off so I could pick up my car. They offered me a bouquet of flowers they had sitting around to give to her! She literally said, "That's it- this is the only mechanic we're ever going to!"
