I dropped my car off at the Campbell location and was shuttled to work and picked my car up when I was off! No pressure to to do anything extra, but well informed of what my car will be needing in the future. 10/10 recommend using Complete Automotive for your vehicle maintenance needs!

Took my grandma's car here because it was having what I thought was a transmission issue. Even told both people I spoke with that. They found a motor mount issues and said that was the problem so I okayed the repair. (I chose not to have them do the brakes and smaller things because I already have those parts and their prices were crazy.) After they fixed that, I get a call that the transmission is shot and they missed it. (Even though it was in the notes.) Now, they did do right and take off the labor charges for the motor mounts which I appreciate. Then they told me that a new transmission and torque converter was well over $9000 for them to do it. I told them absolutely not that I could take it to Ace transmission and have one done for $6000. Not sure he appreciated that, but it is the truth. Plus, they lost my trust due to not listening. But hey, I am just a girl, what would I know about fixing something.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I pulled in with an issue with my truck and Austin the mechanic put it on the lift right away, looked it over and diagnosed it. They were excellent at communicating and being transparent from the very beginning.
