Complete Automotive is the absolute best. Their service is top notch. They keep in touch with you every step of the way, making sure you are aware of each decision that needs to be made and the best path forward. They never charge you for unnecessary work, and the work they do is impeccable. They even follow-up to ensure their work holds up. We will never take our Volvo anywhere else.

No phone number to call. No way to find out if they do specific work on Semi‘s. Company down the street referred them to me, but I can’t get a hold of anybody to actually talk because they haven’t posted a phone number.

I just wanted to leave a review because I should have a long time ago when I had my car inspected at this shop. I just wanted to say how friendly the owner was when I was there and although it was only an inspection, I was just impressed with the overall friendliness and I told myself that if I needed any other repairs done, I was going to go to the shop and I’m sure I still will eventually. The owner was very courteous and professional. I think it’s been a couple years since I was there, but I would definitely go back.

After being unsuccessful in finding anyone in the vicinity, I took in my F350 6.0 that had a major power loss issue to complete automotive on Chestnut. When I arrived and throughout the entire transaction, Galen was respectful and after hearing my truck run, mentioned I might need a new engine or head gasket. Galen ended up getting the truck to complete automotive on Campbell for an actual diesel tech to look at it, and after their $200 “diag and inspection”, I needed new injectors. They quoted me $7,000! I called around to different shops just to price check and the highest quote I got was $3400 for OEM parts. I ended up getting the truck taken care of for $2,100! Truck is already back on the road running great and I can sleep at night knowing nobody took me for a walk. If the entire job has to be redone twice in the next 10 years, i will have still paid less than their quote.

I have to first start by saying that I have had a really bad past with auto shops. The last one we went to massively messed up our front headlight up and then shut down. When I called to inquire about getting our car fixed I was greeted with kindness and understanding to my questions. They told me they offer a 3yr/36000 mile warranty on all their work. That was super impressive to me. Then I brought it in, Not only was the office immaculate, they had snacks, coffee, and candy (my weakness) as a courtesy to the customers. The staff was super kind and helpful. They even gave me a ride home while they worked on my car. I was able to track all the inspection (with pictures and videos) the whole way thru and then everything was submitted for approval and discussed before repairs made. The level of transparency was amazing and helped calm my nerves. Michael who was amazing as well, didn't even get annoyed when I called to ask more questions. My car was fixed super fast and I was left knowing I won't ever use anyone else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! WOULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS IF I COULD!

Car broke down on a Sunday and AAA towed it to this shop and left it. By Monday at 10a they had looked at it, determined it was a warranty covered issue, and got it to where it needed to be. Great service!

Finding an automotive shop to fix a VW is difficult, and I gave a call to this shop, the guy was super nice and helpful. I was a little on edge about price and thinking I’d spend a lot, but for what they do is 100% worth it. The price for all of what they did honestly isn’t bad. I was skeptical about the initial cost because of the inspect, but they are super thorough, pointing out issues the dealership or other auto shops wouldn’t have and haven’t pointed out. They are also tech friendly which is really nice that I can approve or deny from my phone without having to call and get pricing just to get an estimate. Really glad I went through them and for what they do I am surprised they don’t charge more 😂. In retrospect, they are super affordable for the amount of work they do & I am very satisfied.
