First time I’ve tried Complete Automative. Whole experience was fabulous! I dropped it off, was given a quote, and then shuttled to my next appointment. There is only one word that can be used and that is OUTSTANDING for Mike at the front desk, and Shauna (SP) the shuttle driver. Mike kept me informed at all times letting me know the status of the rear axle for my pickup. I can't think of any automotive garage ever doing that. He was extremely friendly on the phone, and he answered all my questions I had both on the phone and in person. Shauna was extremely friendly and courteous to me and also other drivers on the road. I highly recommend Complete Automotive to anyone that needs their vehicle worked on.

Incredible experience. Was just barely able to get my car to the location, they took it in, gave me an estimate, provided me with transportation home and for work the next day at no cost to me, kept everything very transparent and gave me options. Got my car at the end of the next day and was able to pay + pick up my car even though they were closed for the night. Very happy with my experience and lucky I was able to get my car to them.

Wanted $700 to replace the rear brake line that he didn't want to take the gas tank out which is how it was supposed to be ran what he wanted to half-ass to work and wanted all the money the point of this review was is he wanted to put the brake line in without pulling the gas tank fine no problem but he still wanted all the money to do the work and there's no mechanic shop that gets all five stars it's impossible it just doesn't happen y'all may be a good shop but you want it all the money to basically cheat the brake line that was the point of this review

When our technicians are faced with things that make the repair more complex, such as excessive rust on the vehicle, causing leaking brake lines, sometimes the commonly known repair isn't possible. This then requires additional time and parts to be able to properly repair the concern. I am sorry we weren't able to help you, and we appreciate your feedback!
