Torrey and Jake are a pleasure to work with. They keep me updated with what is going on, from a major fix to a simple oil change. Wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

Alternator and battery were both bad. Spent more than I would have liked but it's nice to have a company that helps you no matter the issue! Will take my car here for any problem in the future

I took one of my vehicles to complete for an inspection thinking it would pass with flying colors. To my surprise it did not! One of my tires had cord showing around the entire tire. Without there thorough attention to detail I could have been severely injured if that tire let go while going down the road. Thank you to the entire staff at complete! For keeping my vehicle on the road and safe.

Very kind and professional. Got me in same day for a full inspection even though I've never been. Will be going back.

I feel like at complete automotive I was underserved and overcharged. I was told that my ABS unit was not functioning and that my brake lights would not work. When I went to pick up the truck, the brake lights did work. Yet I was still charged around $250 just for the evaluation.

David, we appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to explain further. The concern you’re experiencing is an intermittent fault with your ABS control unit. When the ABS module fails, it also disables the brake light circuit, which is why your lights sometimes work and sometimes do not. Unfortunately, when you came to pick up your vehicle, the ABS light was off and the brake lights were functioning, but that doesn’t mean the underlying concern isn’t there. Our technicians performed a full test and inspection, which takes both time and expertise, and confirmed that the ABS module is the source of the concern — that’s what the $250 charge covered. At this point, the only solution is to replace the module, but the part is currently on national backorder until July. To help with this, we’ll apply the full testing fee you’ve already paid toward the cost of the repair once the part becomes available. We appreciate the opportunity to have this conversation, and if you have any other concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Facility Leader, Tori Woodward at 417-530-3220.
