I've used Complete for the last two years I've been in Springfield. Excellent staff, very informative, and just genuinely good people! Mark Kiser is great at paying attention to details and assisting you whenever you need. They all treat me like family and the only reason I'm going somewhere else is because I'm moving 4 hours away. I would trust them with any vehicle and they have even assisted me in picking out a new vehicle that suits my needs. Excellent company and excellent people. You will definitely have all your needs taken care of at Complete and you will feel at ease knowing your vehicle is in safe hands. I'd recommend them for any service you need!

I'm moving across the country and pulled into Springfield, MO with two cars, two kids, two pets in 95 degree weather and no A/C in both cars. Not a good day. I was given the Complete Automotive number to call in the hopes that I would get service for both vehicles as soon as possible. They took me immediately and couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, I blew a hole in my compressor, so there was no quick fix, but my other vehicle was an easy recharge of the A/C. I hope my new hometown will have a place as friendly, complete, thorough and easy to deal with. I highly recommend Complete Automotive.

I love working here for many reasons. The great attitude and morale of the whole staff makes for a great working environment. The owners, Carl and Maureen, are genuinely interested in helping each person advance personally and professionally, always thinking of their employees, and their generosity to and our families. We get Saturday and Sunday off to be with our family, we can actually plan weekend trips.

I like to work here because of many reasons. I love the people I work with. I love that in any one day I can work on a new car, a classic car, maybe a trailer or a boat, any make or model any year. I am constantly challenged, always giving the best of my abilities and talents. I love to give the customers more than is expected, my best.

I called for an estimate on a specific part replacement. The guy on the phone jerked me around and wouldn't give me a straight answer. They are a rip off if you ask me. Prior to that I had one of their mechanics tell me that I needed an $800 repair. I went to three different shops and they all told me that my car was fine and that the repair was a fraudulent deal on the part of complete automotives mechanics

I've gone to Complete pretty much since I moved to Missouri in 2014. They are super nice and don't hesitate to tell you when something is really concerning versus if something can be put off for a little while but also educate you about potential damage if left unadressed. I witnessed complete selflessness yesterday when a young lady from out of town had some major problems but not enough money to fix them. One of the mechanics was so concerned he offered to discount her labor to pretty much nothing just to help her get back to Van Buren. I will always go to Complete for all of my auto needs when it's possible!
