I have been using complete automotive for years to take care of my company vehicles. On several occasions they have worked on my person vehicles. I don't just let anybody drive my vehicles but I trust them to take care of them while they are in their hands.

Customer service was excellent. Complimentary shuttle was greatly appreciated to and from work. I was a little surprised at how expensive it was to replace rotors and brake pads. That may have been because I was charged a break inspection on top of the repairs which I found a little concerning.

Everyone at Complete Automotive is always very nice and helpful. They offer a convenient shuttle service for you if your car will be in the shop for a few hours, and they even have a nice waiting area there. I have always received great services, and the student discount is always a plus. Tori in particular is always super nice!

Brought my Chevy Colorado into Complete for an oil change. While there, they found my battery was in dire need of replacement and my radiator cap was bad. Thanks for preventing a potential situation I would have had to deal with at a later time, probably while traveling. This is why we always come to Complete, they take the time to check out our vehicles to help prevent future problems.

Complete Automotive was a fantastic choice for me! After my car's alternator died in town, they were able to get me into their shop the very next day and went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful. If I encounter more problems I'll be returning to them! The service is always great here and the personnel are very personable.

I gave a five star rating because all staff members treated me as a valued customer and were professional. They completed my service in a timely manner offering shuttle service as well. The facility was sparkling clean everywhere I looked. My car runs like a dream now. The consultant recommended and explained all options. I felt as he was sincere and honest gaining my trust. I would definitely return as a customer and tell others about my experience.

I was received well but I asked for them to go over anything that will cost me so I can make a decision. At that point they should have gone over the price of the inspection, they did not. I get a call 2 days later letting me know that they could not complete inspection cause the head gasket was leaking so bad. They said the fixing of the head gasket would be $1900 and that's only to fix not replace. Then they would be able to see what else is wrong with it. I let them know that we would just sell it and then they proceeded to charge me $117.52 for a full inspection and they did not even tell me before hand that the inspection cost that much. I like having transparent business and I feel this was not.

After 4yrs I still trust them with all my car repairs. The best choice for any and all work on my vehicles! Competent, reasonably priced and friendly! Free shuttle service if needed, ask for Mark and tell them I sent you!
