We were traveling back to Kansas City from Florida. Our car started making funny noises, I called both Ford Dealerships in the area and they weren't able to get us in until at least tomorrow. Thanks to google Complete Automotive popped up, I called and they told us to get it towed in. The guys were amazing the shop was clean and beautiful! Our car was fixed and back on the road in a few hours. If we weren't two hours away this is the only shop I'd use! Excellent service!

My experience with these guys it was ok. My complaint is when I asked for the paper I signed it was no where to be found. Saying that they where not going to charge me. They explain why they had too charge me but still did not settle with me. So will I go back don't know,, will I recommend any one don't know,,
