Complete Automotive is outstanding and can't give enough gratitude to them. I was traveling across country and had car trouble in Springfield, MO. AAA referred me to Complete Automotive so called, spoke with Mark and scheduled me immediately. My car was diagnosed and Mark explained in detail the trouble. The problems were repaired and back on the road later in the day. My repair is guaranteed for 3 years through a nationwide repair membership so if issued happen later, you have other repair members to go to. They have shuttle service as a courtesy and took me back and forth to the motel. In addition, their staff helped me reload all items back into the truck bed. Next day received a call from Mark thanking me for using their service and asking how my vehicle was performing and if any problems. Mark said to call anytime with problems. My truck is running better now than when new. Then I received a text from the owners thanking me again for using them for service. Their mechanics are outstanding for the best work and service. If I lived in Springfield, MO, this would be the only place I would bring my vehicles for repair.

This is a wonder outfit. They fixed the transmission $1500 under budget. Also they let us pay for it at our convenience. The service was outstanding and the staff very pleasant. They were recommended by AAA and deserve the reputation of excellence. We are very happy and would recommend them without pause.

I had them diagnose my engine running hot. They charged $80 for a 20 min inspection and came back saying it was “leaking coolant profusely”. They proceeded to try tell my wife it could break down at any moment. The estimation to change the radiator and two hoses was over $900. It would have been almost $1000. I had my wife bring the car home and I added coolant and ran the car for a while seeing no visible leaks. I have been driving it daily for weeks now and yet to see any signs of “profuse leaking”. Temperature has gone down now. I’m very disappointed in the diagnostic charge as well as the outlandish quote for repair. I honestly feel they were trying to take advantage of my wife and our perceived naiveness. I knew that was too much for a radiator replacement, not to mention the one in it seems to working just fine. I wouldn’t recommended based on this level of overcharging and poor diagnostic information.
