I had my brakes, a tire rotation, and an alignment done by complete automotive south and I was VERY PLEASED! Exceptional customer service, very informative and extensive communication!

Took my car in to have the Serpentine belt replaced as it was showing signs of wear. Job was completed as expected and in a timely manner. During their inspection of the car, the mechanic found that a valve cover was leaking oil onto the spark plugs. That was repaired. This is why I trust Complete. They go above and beyond in taking care of my vehicles. I have been a customer of Complete since they opened for business and would not consider going anywhere else.

I have been a customer for a few years now and am very pleased with the new manager JJ. I had new arms, tie rods, and brake pads put on. Complete Automotive South is a GREAT PLACE to bring your vehicle, Jake was very understanding and very clear on reporting me all the jobs that needed done, and understanding of the client budget on jobs that I could do by my own like changing a light bulb, replace wiper blades, replace a cabin filter and rotate my tires and etc. Price was affordable in comparison of other places been in the past in Springfield Missouri, this is a real Mechanic place where you can let a Tow truck service drop your vehicle any hour of the day and every day of the week with no problem. This place does State Inspections ( DONE IT ). Thanks
