Wife took VW Tiguan for oil change. After looking at invoice from the services, they put 5w30 in the engine when the hood sticker clearly states 0w20 only. Ended up taking it to Volkswagen to redo it correctly, and way cheaper.

Hi Jacob, we tried calling you to discuss this issue. We have a new manager learning the system, he forgot to change the oil viscosity on the ticket, the technician installed the correct oil (it just didn't get updated on the invoice). Also the wrong amount was billed to you. Please pardon our learning for a short period of time.

Both times I've needed repairs, they've provided a truly exceptional experience and delivered in the same day i dropped my car off. This place said they drained my brakes. They kept my car over Halloween weekend, the never called me to tell me they were going to keep my car over the weekend. No communication and I had to call to ask about my car several times. The company put 65 miles on my car and didn't know how they did it. My car smells like marijuana when I got my car back. I got a ride up there after the weekend to get my car back and they apologized for not communicating with me and told me they had someone to give me a ride to work. I was never told this when I had my car towed there for repair. I drove my car back home, the brakes didn't work and I asked for my money back and they refused to make things right with a customer. They sent some discount coupons in the mail for my next visit. I contacted the mangers and owners and I never heard from the owners and the manger took 1 week to talk to the owners to see if I was able to get a refund. I wouldn't ever run a business this way.
