Originally went in to have my brakes checked, was brake dust making the noises I heard. But found several issues with my tires that I didn’t know I had. I was taken out to my car, shown the problems and was given several options for a fix. I choose 4 new tires. Was no pressure, no rush on me to decide. Super helpful and knowledgeable, very easy to talk to!! They made sure it was driving to 100% before I left. Will definitely go back again!

Complete Automotive South did a great job on my break service and oil change for my Volvo. They have excellent customer service. JJ and the crew are the best! Highly recommend this shop for auto repair and service.

I've got a horrible memory, so unfortunately I dont remember the names of the specific gentlemen that helped me, but ill be going back there anytime ive got an issue I cant or shouldn't fix myself. Outstanding customer service, very understanding and positive people. While waiting a very reasonable amount of time for them to complete their hard work, they were gracious enough to offer free snacks and cold drinks. I could see through the window that they were truly being thorough in their work, when they came to me with the results and findings, it was less than I expected based on previous experiences at other places, and the things they had recommended for the future came with them taking me to the problem areas and showing me exactly what they were talking about. No surprise repairs I didnt ask for, no ghost problems that I needed to fix before my car explodes, and I wasn't a moron for not knowing everything there is to know about a vehicle. TL;DR I'll gladly come back here when I need to, but thanks to their good honest work, that wont be often.
