Complete automotive was great. The customer service and communication were phenomenal. As someone who knows jack squat about cars there is always the concern of being swindled by mechanics, but Complete Automotive communicated everything clearly and plainly, allowing me to make educated decisions regarding the care of my vehicle.

Started using this shop a while back. They originally found and fixed an issue I had for a while that no other shop could seem to find. I've been going here ever since. I also like that they send photos and estimates on any issues they find during their free inspection.

The gentleman behind the counter did great with quoting price and helping save me money on the repair. The repair man got the job done quickly. I wish the free standing oil from the leak was sprayed off, so i could visible tell if the leak came back but I believe they were trying to save me money in labor, so I get it.

Super nice and helpful. The fact that they took pictures of everything and will show you what’s wrong with your truck is amazing. They are the new form of mechanic.
