First time I’ve tried Complete Automative. Whole experience was fabulous! I dropped it off, was given a quote, and then shuttled to my next appointment. Austin then called and said he was able to get a part we were not expecting to be available, and was almost half the price. He absolutely went out of his way to find what was needed. Thank you!!!

There is only one word that can be used and that is OUTSTANDING for Mike at the front desk, and Shauna (SP) the shuttle driver. Mike kept me informed at all times letting me know the status of the rear axle for my pickup. I can't think of any automotive garage ever doing that. He was extremely friendly on the phone, and he answered all my questions I had both on the phone and in person. Shauna was extremely friendly and courteous to me and also other drivers on the road. I highly recommend Complete Automotive to anyone that needs their vehicle worked on.
