I broke down unexpectedly and literally coasted into Complete Automotive. They were able to completely fix my car same day and even provided me with my Uber rides back and forth. Unfortunately, while my car was with them it acquired a screw in one of my tires. I noticed after picking it up and notified them and they had me bring it back in, repaired it and put air in my other tires for me. I will definitely be back for any vehicle needs…especially with them being a Christian and family oriented company! Very honest people!

I had my car towed to complete automotive for a diagnostic that they charged me $200 and told me I needed my fuel pump replaced. They quoted me $1200 for the job and so I had it towed to a guy who did it for less than half of that price. He replaced the fuel pump and my car still would not start and that was not even the issue.

I had my undercarriage cover come off and didn’t know how to fix it. I called this place and they got me in right away, after being cancelled on by another repair shop. Tori was great! They were able to fix it quickly, and I will definitely come back if I need any future repairs! Highly recommend!!

I was so happy with Complete Automotive! I’d had a persistent low tire so I finally took it in to have it looked at. The team got my car back so quickly and let me know they could repair it same day! Luckily it was just a small screw and they were able to remove it and get me on my way. I only had a 45 minute wait, but the lobby was so nice and clean, and they offer complimentary sodas and snacks that even if you had to be there a while it would be comfortable. I didn’t need this service, but they do offer a complimentary shuttle in town too! When I was checking out, Tori let me know that I would be receiving a text with information about my car and things they noticed (mainly maintenance things) while working on my tire. This was so helpful and even had pictures to show me what they meant. This will help me better budget for upcoming visits instead of just feeling like something hit me out of the blue! There was no pressure on me to fix anything of those things that day, so I really felt they were just giving me information to make good decisions for my car. I really appreciated their friendliness! They have really thought through the customer experience to make it the best that they can!
