I would never recommend anyone to go there. I have never had to sit through an inspection that took nearly three hours.

I was able to schedule within a couple days for an appointment. Staff was friendly. Overall good experience.

I had pretty well lost all faith in shops do to poor service that I have had with places in the Springfield area until I got back in touch with the people at the South location about a previous repair that had been done on my truck. My service writer Angel was great to work with quick to respond and took the time to be understanding of the situation. Definitely a shop I would recommend to anyone for any repairs!

They did great work on my car and got it done fast, even giving me a ride home while they worked on the car! Pricing was very reasonable and they had perfect financing options for me. They allowed me to decline work I didn’t immediately need done, but still left a list of those jobs so I can come back and get them done when I can. I can’t recommend Complete Automotive enough!

I took my 1932 ford 3 window coupe in for a front end alignment. They are very friendly and did a good job getting things back in order on my car. They allowed me to look at the alignment issues on the car before they started the corrections. It was quick and painless. I would recommend this shop for you street rod issues.

First time customer! Absolutely deserving of 5 stars! I’ve been chasing a code on my Chevy Cruze for most of the year, and was going through everything at home I could think of. Multiple parts, CEL constantly on, and lots of crying. As a 20-something female I struggled to find a place that wouldn’t try to overcharge me for everything, or got annoyed when I asked questions to try to understand. I took my Cruze in once, and the fix they had for me was short lived. However, I called up and was able to get it back in. They didn’t charge me for the second check of my code, and I ended up having to hand off my car for a few days. They were incredibly thorough in checking my car and digging into the root of the issue! They took their time to make sure they could and would fix the issue, and my car is running great!! They took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood the systems they were talking about. Some of the prices may be high, but with their financing option and quality of work MORE than makes up for it! I’ll absolutely be returning for any future maintenance!
