This place is incredible, from the moment you walk through the door you’re treated as a valuable customer. Everyone takes good care of you. The level of transparency and communication regarding your car is amazing. I was told what was wrong, asked if I wanted to replace any overused/damaged parts, and the customer service was truly genuine. I got my car looked at and fixed and it didn’t even cost too much. A check engine light popped up on our car while driving through MO in the middle of a long road trip. We stopped at Complete Automotive at 5:29 to get it checked out. They close at 5:30. The technicians were gone for the day, so the guys in front checked it out for us. The best they could and gave us their best recommendation. The kind gesture is why I am writing this review. Excellent service from Eric the Service Advisor who kept me informed on what was going on with my car. He arranged shuttle service for me which was excellent! I had a wonderful experience with them even though my car needed to be repaired. Best service I've ever had in an automotive facility! I will definitely use them again!
