Excellent service from Eric the Service Advisor who kept me informed on what was going on with my car. He arranged shuttle service for me which was excellent! I had a wonderful experience with them even though my car needed to be repaired. Best service I've ever had in an automotive facility! I will definitely use them again!

I could not give any business more kudos. Erik and his team not only kept us advised and did what needed to be done to our car for our long move to Texas, but they went above and beyond. They are more than just a repair shop. They really care about their customers and make sure to meet their needs - such as getting us where we needed to go while our very needy car was in their shop.

I have had multiple repairs done at Complete Automotive. The staff is friendly and always communicate progress throughout the repair process. I especially like the photo documentation of the repair or inspection. Amazing service through and through. I moved to Springfield from out of state and this was my first shop to try out for general vehicle maintenance. Four years later, this is still the only shop I have had my vehicles serviced from. Everyone from the front desk to the technicians in the back are extremely professional, friendly and helpful.
