Wow! Who would think so many issues could come up from only six weeks in the hospital? I suppose not running a vehicle for that long could do that! Anyway, there WERE issues. So of course, my husband and I turned to Complete. Now our eleven year old SUV runs like this year's model! Once again, Complete did a wonderful job and we can't imagine going anywhere else for ANY vehicle need.

Customer service seemed great the day I had struts and tires put on my 98 mustang gt. After I left there was squeezing and piping still in doubt end.They sprayed the front end with WD40 and told me it was because the ball joint boots was cracked.The piping and screening has came,back so I went to 2 other shops and was told the strut mounts are bad and should have been replaced with struts and with a bill of 975.00I too agree.Complete auto tells me they fixed it because of tire ware.I had tires put on the front.I was told if I bought the strut mounts they would replace them,what did I pay for.$975.00 was to fix it,not a excuse for,more,cost and,inconvienance.I plan to tell all not to use them.

I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and customer care that Complete Automotive has. They seem to be honest and fair and I never felt like they were trying to make me pay for extras that I didn't need. The digital inspection report that they send you is just icing on the cake and I now feel like I have good knowledge of what kind of service my car needs in the near future....but again, they never pressured me on getting these done with them. I am impressed by the all around service!

I had a great experience here! Were quick, friendly and helpful! The staff were friendly,fynny, and knowledable! There guest waiting area is pretty fancy with complementary drinks and snacks!
