GREAT EXPERIENCE! I scheduled my oil change in advance. Mark was the service writer that I spoke with. He did a great job explaining the health of my car. All I needed was a oil change and a Cabin Air Filter. The waiting room was nice and quiet with Wifi. I was able to do some work while I waited. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. Nice clean bathrooms, free beverages and snacks. They also gave me free roadside assistance with by BG Oil Change. Best shop in town.

I’m not from Springfield but was passing through on a work trip when realizing I desperately needed oil change. Mark and Alan we’re so generous and managed to squeeze me. I only wish they had a shop in St. Louis where I’m from because I would never use anyone else. Needless to say I highly recommend Complete Auto! They are extremely friendly, professional, trustworthy and do fantastic work!
