I am writing to say for the rest of my life I probably won't see service like that again.I am a chef that works at the Ritz Carlton in St. Louis and I travel to see my family in Fort Smith,Arkansas regularly.I was due back the next day so I left on my usual trip to work and when I was traveling on the highway my fuel pump goes out on my tahoe in the middle of nowhere in the dark.The tow truck driver tells me there is this mechanic that is open until 9:00 pm.I laughed thinking yeah right there isn't any mechanic that's open until that late.The driver takes me there and sure enough at 10 minutes till close these guys are open.I figure the best case was they would pinpoint the problem,but not only did they pinpoint the problem(fuel pump) but they offered to stay and fix it that night.I and my tahoe back in one hour and back on the highway again in 1hour!I can never say how much I was impressed and just so overwhelmed by these guys service attitude and just wanting help with no complaints.Amazing people

Complete Automotive was great and really took good care of me. One of the owners Maureen drove me to class and back because my car was going to take awhile to get fixed. I have never had someone in the service department do that. I will only go to Complete Automotive from now on. The people are very nice and they go the extra mile for their customers I am very thankful to them!! Everyone should go to them!

I have a small fleet of vans and Complete automotive has always provided quailty service at a fair price.

My car broke down over the weekend. I had it towed to CA Monday morning and called to let them know it was coming in. I had to miss work without pay and had to find my daughter a ride to school. The repairs were originally going to be completed Tuesday morning. When I explained how desperate I was to have my car back, they got it done by 5:30 Monday night and came and picked me up. I had my car back by 6:30 Monday night. Thank you, Complete Automotive. I am grateful that you listen to the needs and concerns of your customers. Vicki J.
