I was going to go some where else, but my husband had been here and he liked the service. I tried it and I was impressed how they treated women at their business. They did not make you feel stupid and they explained everything if you did not know it. I took some info to give to my co-workers, so they could go there also.

While waiting on the car I overheard their interactions with other customers and was impressed with the care and attention they gave to their needs. I am from another state, but if I have any automotive needs when visiting Springfield, Complete Automotive will be the first place I will call.

A very clean and comfortable waiting area combined with quick service and friendly people make this a head above many automotive repair facilities. And if I were to be in for more extensive repairs there is even wifi for communication with work, family or just passing the time. A top notch experience.
