As an agent with AAA, it's vital that I refer trusted companies that work hard to protect the image of AAA and represent the brand well. Carl and his team did just that for me personally! I took my SUV to them to fix a few problems I was having. They were prompt, explained all aspects of the repair and told me the price to expect. I've done business with Carl and the folks at Complete since the day they opened. Always a good experience and fair prices. They are very good to steer you in the right direction concerning whether to perform certain repairs or not. You gotta love the ability to be able to pick up the vehicle after work - they're open until 7 pm!

the guys at complete automotive always do a great job when I bring a vehicle in and this time was no exception....on time appointment, a text message reminder, in and out in under 30 minutes and they even tell you how your vehicle's doing....they're not like some shops where they try and push you into buying extras, I like that. Thanks guys!

I am writing to say for the rest of my life I probably won't see service like that again.I am a chef that works at the Ritz Carlton in St. Louis and I travel to see my family in Fort Smith,Arkansas regularly.I was due back the next day so I left on my usual trip to work and when I was traveling on the highway my fuel pump goes out on my tahoe in the middle of nowhere in the dark.The tow truck driver tells me there is this mechanic that is open until 9:00 pm.I laughed thinking yeah right there isn't any mechanic that's open until that late.The driver takes me there and sure enough at 10 minutes till close these guys are open.I figure the best case was they would pinpoint the problem,but not only did they pinpoint the problem(fuel pump) but they offered to stay and fix it that night.I and my tahoe back in one hour and back on the highway again in 1hour!I can never say how much I was impressed and just so overwhelmed by these guys service attitude and just wanting help with no complaints.Amazing people
