Allen McRoberts (Service Advisor) was honest, direct, and had my best interest in mind. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and after they inspected them they advised me it was time for new tires. There had been some recent hydroplaning with all the rain and the old tires were getting bald in some areas. This shop is respectful of its customers and wants your car to be working properly. They’re not here to sell you what you don’t need. If all of my experiences are positive like this, I’m a customer for life. Thanks Allen!

Being a woman getting my car worked on a lot of places will try to upsell me on work that needs to be done on my car that really doesn't need to be. But I've never had that issue with Complete Automotive! Mark, Greg, and Allen are upstanding people and I've had nothing but a good time whenever I go in there! Anytime I have a concern with my vehicle these guys are willing to help me out. Definitely recommend them to all my friends.

After a huge disappointment this summer with Spfld Honda tech(s) and service staff (repairing my AC) I decided it was time to find reliably skilled and certified auto mechanics. After much online research, I came across Complete Automotive. They were given an A+ rating by BBB, are a AAA approved auto repair center, and ASE Blue Seal Certified, so thought I'd give them a try. My first appointment was about a week ago - basically all tires were replaced & alignment done - I knew that was needed. My car handles and rides so much smoother and quieter now, it almost feels like new! I am extremely happy with the work they did and with the discounts Allen was able to give, since I was a new customer. Additionally, Allen was exceptionally patient and skillful in helping me understand various components of the current problem and how it relates to overall car structure & functions. (Everyone in the office was friendly from the moment I arrived.) As can be expected with a 10 year old car there are a couple important things that still need to be replaced, and I'll be returning to Complete Automotive for those as well as ongoing maintenance. I look forward to working with Allen in the future. Oh, and they offer "Carl's Cash" - basically $$ you can use towards your next appointment -- I just received $40.00 last Thursday! Yea!! :D
