Great service as usual. Brought vehicle in for oil change and they noticed some damage to one of the truck's tires. Since we were preparing to take a trip out of town, it was great to have this situation addressed before we got on the road. Thanks again for taking care of our vehicles.

Great and efficient service.

Had a rear pinion seal replaced in October. Price was a little high but work was done and forgotten. A couple months later the differential started chattering and I crawled under to check fluid. I had to add almost a quart and when I let them know about this, they said they would check with the technician and get back to me. Never heard a word. Will never go back.

The staff here are the most friendly and accommodating of any maintenance shop I've experienced. They tell me what I need to know and work hard to keep my car maintained and road-worthy which I use for my job often. I've had issues with other shops leaving me in the dark about my car all too often. However, Complete Automotive staff makes sure I know what needs to be done, why, and where to start. Can't think of a better place to go!

I’ve had Carl and his team service my cars since they opened. As always, Mike & Jim are efficient, knowledgeable, and caring. (Cookies & soda are nice too!😁 They checked my car thoroughly and gave me recommendations (reasonably priced, too).

My husband and I stopped here today to have them look at my car before I drove back down to Arkansas because it was starting to act poorly and they were amazing! I highly recommend Complete Automotive to anyone in the area or just driving through. They fit me in as quickly as possible because they wanted to make sure I made it home safely and told me exactly what needed to happen to make that possible. They were very sweet, friendly, and personable to both my husband and I throughout the whole process. Thanks!!
