I brought my mother's car in for vehicle inspection and an oil change. The work was done quickly and efficiently. While waiting on the car I overheard their interactions with other customers and was impressed with the care and attention they gave to their needs. I am from another state, but if I have any automotive needs when visiting Springfield, Complete Automotive will be the first place I will call.

A very clean and comfortable waiting area combined with quick service and friendly people make this a head above many automotive repair facilities. And if I were to be in for more extensive repairs there is even wifi for communication with work, family or just passing the time. A top notch experience.

I started going to Complete because of a Living Social deal I bought. They are great. Courteous, accurate, timely, everything that most repair shops are not.
