As always, Carl and Mark, and the rest of the team at Complete Automotive as done a wonderful job working on my BMW X5. They're by far the most knowledgeable, cost effective, and time efficient mechanics I have ever met!The rating only gives 5 stars!!!! I would give them 500 stars!

Called this mechanic place because of the reviews and distance from my house . The phone call went good they said they can have my car looked st first thing in the morning at 7 am so we dropped of the night before and they said my car would be first one I’m shop next day. Well the next day happen and have not heard from the by 11am so I called and they had a whole new demeanor. They had no idea what was going on with my car it has not even been looked at . When I was told I would get a call back in a few min another hour was passed no call back so I called them and all they said was the information I had given them and they acted like they looked at it. Finally hours later they call back with a little more information but telling me it’s going to cost 300$ parts and 1100$ in labor to change a radiator. When googling it was expected 2.5 hours to do the job and getting another esiltimate form two other shops that quoted 259$ parts and 300$ labor with 2.75 hours to do the job . They are a “complete scam” and showed no professionalism once you’re on their books. DO NOT RECOMEND.

They are always friendly and can get me in when it's convenient for me. I've been coming here for about a year now and will keep coming back

I travel a lot on the road and was stopping in Springfield for a few days. I needed some car repairs done on my 1999 Volvo S70. I googled area repair shops, and the reviews and ratings for Complete Automotive were impressive so I called to explain what my needs were. Jim was extremely nice and professional, cool, calm and collected. I went ahead and made an appointment, and from my arrival to the finished repair, I was very impressed and pleased with this shop's service. Will definitely use them again.

These folks know how to take care of their customers, and even better they know cars. I'm a long time customer that will continue to bring my vehicle back here anytime it needs service.
