Service is always timely, friendly and competent. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. I'm able to schedule appointments online and the help track the maintenance timelines on my vehicles and send email reminders. Reasonable prices with great customer service.

My car wouldn't start to go home from work. I called for a tow and while waiting I called Complete Automotive and told them of my problem and they said have it towed here and we will get you fixed up. It was taken in and they checked the car out and notified me what the problem was and did I want them to do the work..? I confirmed I wanted them to fix it and by the end of the day I had my vehicle back and able to go where I needed. Thanks guys for the quick turnaround!!

The customer service was great. I had to wait about 10 minutes to get my van, but that was okay, they didn't know what time I got off of work and when I would be there. I had preventive work done and it drives like it was just off the sales lot.

I just want to let you know that the oil was half a quart low the morning after you had changed it. I checked to make sure I didn't have an oil leak.

I dont live in the Springfield area, so trying to find a good mechanic is always difficult. The guys at complete automotive were easy to talk to upfront, and honest. After doing business with them there is no doubt in my mind if i ever need a mechanic in Springfield, I will always choose complete automotive. Thanks guys!
