I just had my first experience with complete automotive and I have to say I am very impressed. Their customer service is above and beyond what you normally get, they explain things to you simply, their prices are reasonable and I felt immediately comfortable. I love complete auto care. They did an excellent job on my 2007 BMW. They let me know everything they were doing and what the cost would be. Kudos to complete auto care. Their manager, Mark let me know every step of the way what they were doing. I recommend them to anyone who needs auto care. And they do care for your auto.

I had a great experience with Complete Automotive, their customer service is beyond any other automotive shop I've ever been to. My car broke down last week and they sent a tow truck for me....I live out of town so my husband couldn't get there to pick me up until after 6 but they waited with me past closing time. I'd also been sitting in my car for three hours so walking in to not only really friendly staff but also complementary drinks and snacks was extremely appreciated. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them in the future.

We have had our cars taken care of at Complete for years now. Besides the expert work they do in keeping our cars safe and operational, they excel even more at customer service. Everybody who works there is upbeat and friendly, not to mention the clean, comfortable lobby/waiting area. We have to go a little further since they moved to Chestnut Expressway, but it's more than worth it, and they offer the invaluable pick up and drop off service that really comes in handy for us at times.
