Did exactly what I needed done and helped relay what was important and not. I never felt like I was trying to be sold on getting or doing more then I had to. Also had friendly staff.

I recently moved to the south end of town, about 20-30 minutes from Complete Automotive. Even though it's a commitment to bring my car there at this distance, I refuse to take it anywhere else. The best mechanic shop I have ever given my business to.

Waiting room was good. Magazines were good, Personnel were coutious and helpful.

I have been looking for a place to have my cars repaired and maintained that offers excellent, friendly, skilled and affordable service, and I found it at Complete Automotive. Carl and the entire staff are great.

Although this was just an oil change, I left my car, was ferried to work, then picked. Little things like this make having regular servicing of my car just that much better.

I was going to go some where else, but my husband had been here and he liked the service. I tried it and I was impressed how they treated women at their business. They did not make you feel stupid and they explained everything if you did not know it. I took some info to give to my co-workers, so they could go there also.

I had scheduled an appointment for 2pm for the Pet Mobile to get new breaks and a tune up. I appreciate that when I arrived the car was taken back immediately and finished as expected AND cheaper than originally quoted!Thank you to Carl and his team!!
