Thanks to the wonderful guys at Complete Automotive I'm not a grumpy hot mess driving to & from work anymore! After only a few hours in the shop I have my AC back and couldn't be happier! I highly recommend them, friendly and fast! Customer Service is top notch, Greg is amazing!

Was traveling home from Indiana to Oklahoma. My truck broke down in Springfield. The tow company took me to Complete Automotive. The experience was exceptional. The counter employees were great, they started diagnosing the problem as soon as they opened at 7am. They fixed the promblem and continued on home. I recommend anyone having an auto issue while passing thru Springfield, take the vehicle there.

Was passing through on way home w my son following in older truck when it broke down. Looked first online for best possible shop to diagnose and hopefully fix within a few hours as it was noon on a Friday. Greg was very helpful on the phone and helped along the way w finding a tow, quickly explaining diagnosis of problem and listing options for repair without pressure or overselling. We went from stranded on the aide of the road 30 miles away to fixed and back on the road in just over 3 hours. We were very thankful for the clean, courteous, and fair treatment by all at Complete Automotive and I am happy I chose them among several options for repair in Springfield.

Very quick/efficient service. I had issues with the check engine light/traction control light. They called within a couple of hours of me dropping it off with a thorough report of their findings. When I picked it up, they explained it all again in great detail and asked if I had any questions. Very professional. Very clean shop. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly/nice.

After relocating to the area, I needed to find a decent place to get an oil change. I looked them up on Google and I was impressed with their reviews. I was provided with fast, friendly and efficient service!
